When you join the Phonics Train Network, you embark on a 1-year journey to become a M.A.S.T.E.R. (Motivate, Apply, Sensitize, Train, Earn, Mentor). The handbook explains these six steps as the foundation of your growth and income.

Motivate

Motivate yourself to read all the manuals and related Phonics Train literature until you master all proposed techniques and concepts.

What Happens After You Complete M.A.S.T.E.R.?

Apply for Ambassador Rank

After you have read, applied, and promoted the approach for at least a year, you can pursue ambassador status through the official assessment process and begin mentoring others more formally.

Start a New Phonics Train Station

Experienced leaders can eventually apply to open a new station by identifying a community with no nearby consultant and at least 50 untapped schools, then verifying that list with head office.
