When you join the Phonics Train Network, you embark on a 1-year journey to become a M.A.S.T.E.R. (Motivate, Apply, Sensitize, Train, Earn, Mentor). The handbook explains these six steps as the foundation of your growth and income.
Motivate
Motivate yourself to read all the manuals and related Phonics Train literature until you master all proposed techniques and concepts.
Apply
Apply learned skills to teach your own children or learners in your school how to read.
Sensitize
Sensitize teachers in other schools about the Phonics Train skills and their merits in reading instruction.
Train
Train other teachers by facilitating workshops at member schools or prospective member schools.
Earn
Earn direct and passive income, including direct commissions and monthly performance and mentor bonuses.
Mentor
Mentor other teachers and earn bigger rewards. Sharing the opportunity builds a community of passionate reading instructors, and for each teacher you mentor you earn 3% of all books purchased through them.
What Happens After You Complete M.A.S.T.E.R.?
Apply for Ambassador Rank
After you have read, applied, and promoted the approach for at least a year, you can pursue ambassador status through the official assessment process and begin mentoring others more formally.

Experienced leaders can eventually apply to open a new station by identifying a community with no nearby consultant and at least 50 untapped schools, then verifying that list with head office.
