Be a teacher (or teacher in training), purchase a starter kit ($35 Basic or $60 Premium), master the materials with your own learners, then begin mentoring schools to the programme.

Two kit options: the Basic Kit ($35) includes manuals, charts, workbooks and a Scope & Sequence. The Premium Kit ($60) adds ten Sound Series titles, five Read to Me Series titles, and ten Starter Series books.

You visit nursery and primary schools near you, introduce teachers and head teachers to the Phonics Train reading scheme, and support them in building a strong reading culture in their schools.

No — you decide how far you go. Solo school visits are a great place to start. Mentoring other consultants is optional but unlocks significantly more long-term opportunity and impact.
