How the Monthly Bonuses Work

Personal Sales Bonus

How You Get Paid

Customers pay you the full retail value of items purchased. You deduct your commission and pay Oasis the net value.

The school pays Oasis directly. Oasis then calculates and pays your commission into your bank account.
